Alternatives
- You can make this recipe dairy free by using dairy free Parmesan cheese.
- Looking for something a little more spicy? Try a mixture of cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and paprika. That will surely add a kick!
- Pop them in the air fryer at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Add-Ons & Serving Ideas:
- Serve these gluten free chicken tenders with sides. Try sweet potato fries or roasted veggies for a balanced meal, or Gluten-free mac & cheese for a comforting combo.
- You can never go wrong with dipping sauces! My personal favorites are BBQ sauce and gluten free Ranch. But other great options are honey mustard, buffalo sauce, tzatziki, etc.
